    Excellent 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 5 people, in the "Varandas do Sol" condominium, located about 1km from the center and 1.3km from the Marina of Vilamoura.

    Situated on the third floor, this apartment benefits from a large south-facing balcony with views over the inner garden and pool. The large windows of the living room and bedrooms make the apartment benefit from ample natural light throughout the day.

    Modern apartment, tastefully decorated and equipped, this apartment offers conditions of all comfort, to be used all year round.

    The apartment has two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is en suite and has a double bed, and the other bedroom has twin beds.

    The living and dining room is spacious and can easily accommodate 6 people. The living room features a sofa bed, TV and dining table to accommodate all guests of the apartment.

    The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with the necessary equipment and kitchen utensils such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, fridge and freezer.

    The apartment has two full bathrooms and one bathroom is en suite.

    The complex offers you the possibility of enjoying an indoor garden and a communal swimming pool.

    You will not have any difficulty parking your vehicle near the complex.

    Within a radius of 200 meters you will find various services such as cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bus stops, among others.

    This magnificent apartment is ideal for those looking to have a holiday full of fun, during the day, and restful sleep at night.

    PROPERTY RULES
    • Smoking is not allowed
    • No parties or events allowed
    • Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed
    • Pets are not allowed on the property
    • It is not allowed to exceed the allowable occupancy limit. Maximum number of guests: up to 05 (children included)
    • It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out. otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
    * In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to reimbursement

    CLEANING FEE: 100,00€
    Includes final cleaning and change of towels and sheets every seven days
    • Extra cleaning: €13/hour (weekdays)
    • Extra towels: €5 per person/sets
    • Extra bed linen: €20 per bed
    * in the final cleaning, disinfection of the entire property is also carried out according to DGS standards. Washing of clothes is carried out at more than 60 degrees.

    REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 200,00€
    This amount will be returned to you by bank transfer, 7 days after your stay has ended; assuming that there have been no incidents of damage to the property.

    We request that you contact us, 45 minutes before arriving in Vilamoura or when leaving the airport, so that we will be available to give you the gifts, in the dwelling of the accommodation, to facilitate the presentation of the facilities, clarify your questions, present our suggestions and deliver the keys.
    Early check-in - if the property is found to be vague, clean and has been inspected, you will be able to check in or check-in as well as check in Vilamoura (starting at 10:00).

    CHECK OUT: until 11:00
    Late check out - in case you have not guaranteed a late check out, through a payment, you should always consult with us to find out about the possibility of a late check out. Depending on the scheduled departure time, a late check-out authorization may be subject to the payment of an extra tax.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Any reservation that has already been guaranteed through a payment, may be canceled at any time, it must be communicated in writing through our email
    • Reservations canceled more than two months into entry will be refunded.
    • Canceled reservations, less than two months before the date of entry, or the value of the refund to be received by the client will depend on the number of canceled nights that will be sold. Or client will hardly receive a refund equivalent to or value of the canceled nights sold less an administrative tax not valued at € 25.
