    LOCATION: In the centre of Vilamoura, 50 meters from Vilamoura Marina, 300 meters from Marina Beach, and 100 meters from Vilamoura Congress Center.
    The building has a supermarket (Jafers - open from April to October) and a cafe/restaurant (Petúnia - closed every Monday).
    Within a radius of 500 meters, there is a wide range of commerce and services.

    The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodating up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool, marina, and sea. Air conditioning, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor swimming pool for children and adults, shared indoor pool (heated from 15th October to 15th April), shared gym.
    Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and just a few meters from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be just steps away from everything.

    • No parties or events
    • Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.
    • No pets allowed on the property
    • Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
    • Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)
    • It is not allowed to leave garbage or dishes unwashed on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
    • If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund

    TOURIST TAX
    Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.

    • Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

    Alguns aspetos relativos à decoração deste Apt 707 poderiam ser melhorados. Tem duas mesas de comer na Sala sem necessidade, e um Sofá muito antigo. Alguns móveis de cozinha começam a apresentar o peso da idade.

    Pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité loin du bruit et de l'agitation de la marina de Vilamoura, cet appartement sera parfait. Il est situé au nord de la ville dans le quartier très chic des complexes de golf. Il est grand, bien équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable et le must : une fantastique piscine en accès direct depuis votre terrasse. Le seul bémol potentiel dont nous n'avons pas eu à souffrir est la proximité de la terrasse des voisins car la résidence était presque vide. La place au parking souterrain constitue un vrai plus par forte chaleur mais on peut se garer sans problème juste devant la porte de l'immeuble. Le quartier est à quelques minutes du centre en voiture, des magasins d'alimentation (je recommande Intermarché à 5 min) et permet un accès rapide aux autoroutes pour aller à l'est (Faro) ou à l'ouest (Albufeira). Concernant la conciergerie SAPvillas, nous avons eu affaire à un personnel très professionnel, très aimable et ponctuel. En bref, on était proche de la perfection dans tous les domaines !!
