    LOCATION: In the Centre of Vilamoura, 50 metres from Vilamoura Marina, 300 metres from Marina Beach and 100 metres from Vilamoura Congress Centre.
    In the building there is a supermarket (Jafers – open from April to October) and a café/restaurant (Petúnia – closed every Monday)
    Within a 500-metre radius, there is a wide range of commerce and services.

    Apartment in a residential building, located on the 3rd floor and with up to 4 service elevators.
    The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodates up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with balcony overlooking the pool and urban area. Air-conditioned (living room and bedroom with balcony), free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor children's and adult swimming pool, shared indoor swimming pool (heated from 15 October to 15 April), shared gym.
    Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and a few metres from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be just a few steps away from everything.

    PROPERTY RULES
    • Smoking prohibited
    • Parties or events prohibited
    • Groups under 25 years old are not admitted
    • Pets are not allowed on the property
    • Respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
    • Prohibited to exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)
    • It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
    • If the rules are not complied with, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund

    SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:
    • Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (300€) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.
    • SEF - (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager
    • TOURIST TAX - charged to all guests aged 16 and over.

    CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
    • Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
    • Ecolab certified cleaning products.
    • Bed and bath linen washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.

    CHECK IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

    • Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

    Fantastic location - 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the marina. Supermarket just downstairs. Beautiful harbour and sea view from the balcony. Air conditioning was great. Comfortable beds and very nicely furnished with a smart TV. Really exceeded our expectations for the week so would highly recommend it and will definitely be back. (Glenn - 2019)

    Agradecemos o seu comentário, mas o apartamento não é da empresa (nós apenas fazermos a gestão de reservas, limpeza e manutenção) e cada vez mais o governo e as autoridades locais estão a penalizar bastante este tipo de alojamento local (aumento do valor do condominio por ser um alojamento local, aumento o custo de água devido à seca na região (em Vilamoura agrava por ser explorada por uma empresa privata), taxa extra de alojamento local cobrado ao metro quadro, aumento do valor do IMI em todos os alojamentos locais). Todas estas taxas e aumento, influência no valor do preço diario ao turista. O que até há pouco anos poderia até ser um ganho, hoje em dia mesmo com os aumetos dos preços ao turista, começa a ser desencorajar muitos proprietários, principalmente de apartamento a deixar este tipo de negocio.
