• 👥 CAPACITY: Maximum of 4 guests (including children).
• 🔞 GROUP PROFILE: Groups under 25 years old are not admitted.
• 🐾 ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed.
• 🎉 EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.
• 🧹 FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (avoiding extra cleaning fees).

The building has a supermarket (Jafers - open from April to October) and a café/restaurant (Petúnia - closed every Monday).

The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodating up to 4 guests, with one bedroom, a complete bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a balcony offering partial sea views.
Air-conditioned, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor swimming pool for children and adults, shared indoor pool (heated from 15th October to 15th April), shared gym.
Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and just a few meters from major points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be within walking distance of everything.

• Guests are not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without refund

TOURIST TAX
Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.
