LOCATION - 1.5 kms from the center of Ferragudo
- Luxurious villa, with sea view, in a privileged location and with private access to a beautiful beach, located just 1.5 km from the center of Ferragudo. With an area of about 16,000 m2 or 1.6ha of private garden areas and with exclusive access to the beach Praia Grande, the villa has extremely high levels of privacy and security, but is only 5 minutes drive from the city of Portimão. Located at the western end of the municipality of Lagoa, on the banks of the River Arade, Ferragudo is a beautiful and pleasant village, formerly dedicated to the fishing arts, nowadays it is totally dedicated to tourism. The breathtaking views and a welcoming population are some of its strengths, and the ideal setting for a perfect holiday.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This spectacular villa features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has the master bedroom, en suite, on the first floor, two double bedrooms, en suite, a twin room on the ground floor and a twin room.The large dining and living room, comfortably accommodates all guests in the house. The living room has a direct connection to a large outdoor terrace facing south, overlooking the sea.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking allowed
• No parties or events allowed
• Groups under the age of 40 are not admitted.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected
• Occupancy limit must not be exceeded: up to 10 guests (including children)
• Guests are not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund

TOURIST TAX
Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 13 and over.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
