There are building works nearing completion in the neighbourhood, so there may be some noise during the day on weekdays. BRIEF DESCRIPTION Modern luxury villa, newly built in 2019. Accommodates up to 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 3 service bathrooms, full kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, terrace with outdoor furniture, garden, and private pool. Air conditioning, free WiFi, cable TV, gas barbecue, outdoor private pool with optional heating at an additional cost, Jacuzzi and sauna at an additional cost, gym, garage for one small car, and private outdoor parking. In a residential area near the golf course, ideal for those who want to spend a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Vilamoura centre but close to what they need. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION • Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays. • Ecolab-certified cleaning products. • Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees. SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket. If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage at our office.
