To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:
• 🚭 SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• 🤫 REST HOURS: Respect silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• 👥 CAPACITY: Maximum of 10 guests (including children).
• 🔞 GROUP PROFILE: Groups under 40 years old are not admitted.
• 🐾 ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed.
• 🎉 EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.
• 🧹 FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (avoiding extra cleaning fees).
Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of stay without refund.
