PROPERTY RULES

• Groups under 40 years old are not admitted
• Pets are not allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Prohibited from exceeding the permitted occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)
• It is not permitted to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• If the rules are not complied with, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund

SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:
• Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€600) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.
